one on one
not sure you want to work out with others? no problem. sign up for a one on one session. if desired, i can customize your training to include mitts.
small group training
we will focus on functional training that translates into your everyday life. we will move some weight, but our focus will be on loaded and rotational compound movements. with no more than 6-8 people in a small group session, you will still receive individual attention and guidance.
mitts
whether you have boxed before or are a first-timer, expect to get your cardio in! we will start with the basic punches, add in the defense and then start to build combos. you will quickly realize that boxing isn’t all physical and has a mental component to go with it. mitts sessions will have no more than 4 people in them to allow ample mitts time for each person.
