i have always been passionate about all things health and wellness. physical activity is my therapy and i thrive competing with myself during workouts. i believe that whether it is cardio, strength training, boxing, dance, pilates, etc. there is something for everyone. i look forward to working with my clients on their fitness goals and love seeing their reactions to transformation results. fitness should be fun and challenging and that’s what i strive to provide.

growing up an athlete & playing a collegiate sport has fueled caitlin’s passion for fitness. after college caitlin was seeking an athletic community to be a part of that would push her to continue training and allow her to connect with likeminded individuals. caitlin has always been into living life, but feeling strong doing it! between her full time project management position & coaching club volleyball, she knew that something was missing. after getting to know the fitness community in houston she was eager to get involved.
over five years ago, caitlin decided to take her passion a step further. before going all in, she started training a few friends for fun. after a few months, she quickly realized that she loved group fitness & seeing others achieve their goals. between coaching volleyball, cardio classes, strength training classes and boxing cardio, caitlin has over 5 years of experience working in the fitness industry. caitlin’s motto “your goals are my goals” is the best way to describe her coaching style.
in 2020 caitlin decided it was time to take the next step, cue caitlinrance.com! caitlin is now available for one-on-one training, small group training or mitts sessions. she is eager to see her clients thrive & grow into their ultimate fitness potential!
